After much hesitation after being initially declined for my long term disability claim, I reached out to Fields Law firm thinking what do I have to lose? I'm so Thankful that I reached out to them and so very grateful for their expertise. They won the appeal on my behave and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Feilds Law Firm and the attorney assigned to my case. Annie Surbaugh was my attorney and she and the law firm did an amazing job, the line of communication was great, even though they were working many other cases they made me feel like I was their only client. Everyone knows trying to get disability approved is a major pain but having Feilds on my side made everything less stressful and complicated. I would definitely recommend using this law form to anyone.
