Our experience at Heimerl & Lammers was handled professionally and with care from start to finish. Bria and Amanda took on our adoption finalization for our son with great care. Our family didn’t have to worry about any paperwork, which can be a heavy burden. We highly recommend Bria and the team.

My husband & I had our first child 2 days before the state shut down due to Covid19. We decided to not waste a moment and have a Will completed. I have personally overseen my grandmothers will and executed her estate. Please do not wait to have a will drawn up. We went ahead and contacted a few folks and decided on Heimerl & Lammers for our will paperwork. We worked with Chelsea Barr via email and it was simple, easy, and most importantly if you asked a question it was explained in detail. If you have a fair bit of knowledge on MN estate law or not, you will have a positive experience. This was an easy and fast opportunity and all but the finalization was through email. My husband, child, and I will not have to struggle or have probate become an issue if the unthinkable happens. Go ahead and make the call or send them an email. It was and is great peace of mind.

Katie Lammers is an incredibly experienced lawyer who listens carefully, clarifies your priorities with you, helps you understand your options, and stands with you every step of the way through what can be a long and stressful process in court. She is highly intelligent and really knows the laws. She helped me and my family through a drawn out and very acrimonious custody case in which my ex made many unexpected demands and untrue statements-- which, to say the least, was very unsettling and scary to be facing in court. However, Katie was able to consistently move the case forward with foresight and clarity-- always keeping the big picture in mind and not getting side tracked by petty attacks.
