Ben, Mike, and Marci worked there Butts off to help with me in my two year long journey. They did with grace and poise from me and the apposing side which didn't move very fast at all at times. Ben and mike did so much to change thing for the better but Marci I can't leave her out at all, she took all my calls even when they were the same ones over again. Emailing me making and even making sure I knew which parking lot to parking lot to parking in when I would come in. This firm for me was amazing and kind to me which I truly appreciate.

A great place to go for a lawyer to represent you . Went here for workers comp case and I'm very satisfied with the ending results and the process was painless . Would recommend to anyone .

i had a good experience with Ben at heimerl and lammers law firm in my work injury case , all stuff was very helpful , specially the Paralegal (MARCI ) she was very nice, answering all my concerns , keeping me update tell the end .i definitely recommend this place

Fantastic firm with exceptional client service

This is my go to law firm for personal injury and workers comp. I unfortunately have needed them, but it was so worth it. They pushed back against the insurance company and my employer and got me the results I needed. I definitely don't feel like I was just a number and gladly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing a lawyer. They are a very forward thinking law firm.

This law firm is amazing! There is nothing that I can say bad about them. Mike and Katie have been helpful and so willing to go above and beyond! I unfortunately have needed them more then once and never have they made me feel that I was a burden or bothering them. I am hoping my luck has changed and I won't be needing their services again, but if I do I know I can count on them.

Please do not use this law firm, I know a wonderful father that is being drug through the dirt from these people and actually paid them to do it!!!!

This firm used all our money trying to serve papers and e mails to the tune of hundreds of dollars per each of their failed attempts, there was nothing left when it came time to represent in court. My Grandson is losing everything including even visitation with his daughter. You could not find a better father. Please dont use these people.

I sought out Katie for a child custody dispute. Started my search online and emailed a few lawyers. She responded right away and we actually emailed back and forth FOR FREE for several days. Immediately upon meeting her for the free consultation, We knew we made the right choice. We were not interested in "sticking it" to my granddaughter's father, but we were fighting for the rights of our granddaughter. Court is very scary and intimidating and we knew we needed good representation, as wanted what was best for the child. Katie has a gentle, yet firm approach with opposing counsel and she remained ethical at all times, even when we were so upset and wanting to "get em", she had the skill of calming us down and doing the right thing. Always keeping the child's best interest in forefront . Katie and her staff responded to questions and concerns immediately or as soon as possible. If she couldn't necessarily speak at that moment, she would send an email and let you know she could talk soon. So refreshing to not be left hanging during those emotional times. She would even respond to emails and work on a Sunday to get the job done in a timely matter. I cannot express enough the professionalism and restraint that Katie exhibits. You hear horror stories about lawyers that will do ANYTHING just to get your money. Not once did Katie stretch out the case or provide bad advice for pursuing the case just to make more money. Her rates are very fare and she is worth a million dollars. My granddaughter is safe and well cared for all thanks to Katie! If want an expert that is also well respected by judges and other lawyers in the community, Kate Lammers is the one!!!
