Fields Law did a great job navigating my LTD case. Trying to fight the disability company on my own was overwhelming and stressful. Fields Law did a wonderful job taking over and representing me and my case. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I was represented by Fields Law Firm attorney Michael Kemmitt for my private disability insurance case and my Social Security disability case. My private disability insurance case was decided in my favor with the help of the Fields Law team. My Social Security case is still pending. A disability case is a very long, involved process. I cannot imagine a successful case without the help of an attorney. The system is seriously flawed, and a person really needs a good attorney and team behind them who understand the law for a successful outcome. The paralegals who worked the case were very sharp, Samantha Vanderberg and Jodi Lichtenberg. I was impressed by the entire team. From the attorney to the paralegals, all showed good listening skills, and compassion and understanding in addition to their knowledge, research skills, and savvy. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend this law firm. Although I previously worked in law firms for over 20 years, this is the first time I have been impressed with their ethics, responsiveness and professionalism. When I first contacted Fields Law Firm, I had a concern as my worker's comp was not paying for my walker. I just happened to see their advertisement in the Sunday paper so decided to give them a call. Patty, Zachary Schmoll's paralegal, answered the phone. She made me feel like my problem was something that could be solved and there would be no charge. She very professionally proceeded to ask me about my situation and took down all the information. Within two days, I received a check from Worker's Comp for my walker. I did end up needing them for my case over a two year time frame and my case was settled recently. I am extremely happy with the outcome and if you have a situation where you need assistance, either Worker's Comp or personal injury, this is the firm for you.
