I had surgery on my back two years ago and unfortunately it was not successful. After my short term disabilty was denied, I applied for long term disability. To my surprise, it also was denied. Not long after that, I was terminated due to not having any more leave of absence remaining. I reached out to several attorneys and none of them seemed to take a genuine interest. I finally reached out to Fields Law Firm and after speaking to Merrick, I knew this was the firm for me. Merrick and Samantha were the best. Knowing how difficult and depressed I was, they continued to be confident about my case and cared and understood how my disability was affecting me monetarily and emotionally. There was not one time that I couldn't contact them and get a quick response to ease my concerns. Fields Law Firm came to my rescue at the point in my LTD that I was about to be denied for the last time. I knew that had a case even though my LTD company was telling me I did not. I called Fields after reading a few reviews online. I was connected with Zach Schmoll and Samantha Kurschner. They both worked very diligently on my case. They were very attentive when I called with my many questions. In the end I was right, I did have a case and Zach did a great job negotiating with opposing counsel. He did what i hired him to do. I walked away with more money than I expected when I initially started. The process is a long one but if you have the time to invest it's well worth it.
