So my lawyer zack was horrible at staying in touch I only spoke to his paralegal and even when I said I need to talk to HIM I would get his paralegal and share was good at what she did. One time I actually had to threaten to drop the case until I hear from my lon lawyer and I did days later, at my appointment he played this game like he knows I called and complained I didn't shy away and said yes I did and he try to tell me that a call from his paralegal is same as from him but I did say in the voice mail I have some ?s can u call me back I didnt hear from either till I made the threat. Now my lawyer can't man up and call his clients or say he is sorry all he did was act like it's no biggie well it showed when he submitted a bid for 60k but settled for a quarter of it and than he told me how we could have got more and one of the things he mentioned could have happened if I knew about it before we settled. I was disappointed in upper management/partners that when a client makes a complaint that zack is not giving the attention he needs to (probably to all his clients) someone should have reviewed the case and met with me but all they want is the paralegals to do what they tell them and not care about the case as long as u have an easygoing client well the client is easy going cause they are getting their hope's up while the lawyers dont even want to communicate with the clients. I was than bugged by the same firm to give them a review I didnt want to but they bug u and bug u till u do i guess. Enjoy.

One of my big concerns when researching for a group to help me with my short and long term insurance claims was if it was going to be an issue with a group that was not in my state of NY. It was not an issue at all. The Fields Law Group was so helpful right from start to finish of the claims. No matter who I was dealing within the group they exceeded my expectations repeatedly.
