I did not know I was entitled to as much as I got. I was scared somehow If I didnt take their lowball offers I would end up with nothing. Michael Kemmit made sure I did not take the low offers and got me more then I wanted. Thanks for making sure i got everything on the table. Still 5 stars but I will say sometimes communication with your attorney is difficult.

Field Law Firm successfully helped me overturn the denial of the LTD case by the insurance company in the appeal process. Mike and his team took away a big part of my stress . At the time I contacted him my Doctor and I were in the midst of never ending forms from an entity related to my being off work and being disabled , I had already been off work for a few years. I didn't know what to do , The stress I was experiencing was awful. I knew I needed it to stop. I decided to find someone who could help me with legal advise. I searched online also spoke with several lawyers then I found Fields Law Firm. I could hardly get thru my first conversation with Mike without tears. Since then Fields Law has been a go between for all phone calls, emails and forms he even set things up so they could add my legal signature when needed. His fees are fair, he is honest and reliable, has an awesome legal assistant. I was always informed about what was happening . Although I was concerned they were a few states over that didn't matter...at all. Fields Law Firm is the best!!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found them. I have been a client of Fields since October of 2016. Zachary Schmoll has represented me from the beginning. Zach keeps his word better than anyone I've met in the civilian world. He is as friendly as any friend or family member he often calls just to say hi and check on your well being. Just an incredible young man. I have also had the privilege of dealing with staff members Crea Lewis, Jodi Lichtenberg, and Annie Schulstad. They are paralegals and the best at what they do. Everyone is as friendly as Zach. I am in North Carolina and there a gracious plenty law firms between where I reside and Minnesota. This is the only firm I would even consider using. Everyone at Fields Law Firm we're very friendly they always answered any questions i had. It was a long-haul but they never gave up on my case they fought for me till the end. Jody from fields Law Firm always kept me informed on what was going on she always answered any questions I had for her.
