Samantha and Merrick were absolutely wonderful. They answered all my questions quickly. They went to batt for me against Cigna and would not have been able to get approval without them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with short or long term disability.

Losing benefits is a devastating situation for anyone already suffering through a disability with no where near the income you were accustomed to living on. This team get's the job done! If you have employment related disability they will help you to get the benefits you are entitled to. The extension for my sick leave was denied and thanks to Zach and the team they got my extension approved. If you are having difficulties with the disability process this is the team to call. I was sick and stressed trying to deal with the insurance and once Fields took it over the stress was minimized and I could concentrate on gong to my doctors visits. Field's will handle everything all the way to getting approved for SSDI. I am so thankful for that. If you're going thru it call them. You won't regret it.
