I hired Fields Law Firm once i became to sick to work.The insurance company my employer provided was known for not paying out to thier customers and I knew because I was young it would be an up hill fight. Pat Kramer was my lawyer and from the get go took control and made me feel at ease. He answered any questions I had and handled the tricky paperwork I had.I would 100 percent recommend Fields Law Firm.

Zachary Schmoll and Samantha Kurschner impressed me from the first contact we made. Zachary is experienced at winning Long Term Disability cases against insurance companies. He was quick to make contact with me every step of the way, I never had to cal his office "twice" when I had a concern. Zach was conscientious to be thorough so that I didn't hang up the phone and worry. Samantha was a great compliment to the Fields team. Samantha reaches out by email and phone calls to communicate detailed updates and materials that were my responsibility. I once told her that she was the reason I accepted the relationship with Fields. She was respectful, kind and above all, honest. I do recommend them to people I speak with. Zach Schmoll and his paralegal Patty are the best people I have ever dealt with. I originally thought going into this I would be treated like a heard of cattle. This is not the case. When I called my phone call was either answered or called immediately back EVERY time by Zach my attorney. Patty was the exact same way. I have had attorneys before not work comp attorneys but, they are so cold its unreal. To have an attorney like Zach just doesn't happen. My boss really tried to screw me. I have had 2 back surgeries and after my first back surgery he fired me. I never thought in a million years I would have a case for Workmans comp. I was completely wrong and Zach took my case right away. Anything I ever needed and medical bills I called Patty and she took care of it within 20 minutes it was insane. This was not a paid review I am an actual client and I have had actual back surgery. This is bar none the BEST place to get things done. I could NOT had a more personal experience. I was having issues with an insurance company and I hired fields law firm. The people there are amazing and always quick to answer questions even a couple times on the weekend. I worked with Blake amazing person and very informative on my case. I would highly recommend this firm to any of my friends.
