My husband and I attended an estate planning seminar that was given by Ed Matthews. Unlike a few others we attended, this one did not include dinner or any other distractions, this was a good thing in our opinion. It was 1.5 hours filled with solid information regarding Trusts vs. Wills, various P.O.As., Healthcare Directives, Probate, protecting your assets when you are gone, important tax information, etc. After our initial meeting with Ed, we moved forward with a Revocable Living Trust. The things we appreciated most: Ed knows his business—very qualified, smart, professional, answered all questions (so many legalese we didn’t understand that he patiently explained), customer service was outstanding (if he missed a call, we always heard back within the same day and was very accommodating to fit us in to his schedule) and, because he has been in the business a long time his ability to advise and counsel clients is outstanding. Lastly, his price structure was reasonable and also comforting as it was one price that included everything — no hidden costs, original preparation of the documents, all edits and changes to the documents, all meetings, phone calls and EMAILS were included in the price tag. Highly recommend.

We hired Ed to put together several projects for us a few years ago. He did a great job and assured us that if we needed anything else we would be there to help.
