Mr. Osland alerted us to a new issue related to an investment that needed attention. That also prompted us to do a total review of our powers of attorney and will given children reaching adulthood. The review was thorough; Mr. Osland answered many detailed questions and completed revisions of our documents. I have total trust in the Yanowitz Law Firm, which we were referred to years ago as the firm to go to for complicated estates.

Alec made our estate planning seamless. He was extremely personable and professional, explaining everything we needed to know. We had many questions which he addressed in a thorough and understandable manner. He took great care to see that we had any foreseeable situations documented. Two years ago, when my father passed away, the Yanowitz Law Firm helped the family to settle the estate by helping us to navigate legal procedures, filing documents, facilitate, advise, and assist in handling all the various issues which included resolving and preventing conflicts, and preparing the estate tax return in a responsible and timely matter. They have extensive experience in estate issues and can highly recommend them.

Estate planning with Yanowitz Law Firm was so easy to do. Our daughter knew we were planning to do our estate planning and recommend this firm. The Yanowitz Law firm specializes in Estate planning. I'm so glad she recommended them. Our daughter had used this firm and was very pleased with the results. When my siblings started dying my brother was pulling his hair out trying to find all of their assets then to find out he had to go thru probate and the state took a lot money. I did not want this for my kids and grandkids to go through that.
