Alec Osland, Justine Roadway, and the team at Yanowitz Law Firm are amazing. At the worst time of my life, they were caring and patient as the family reeled from the unexpected news of our family member’s passing. Their guidance and knowledge of Estate Law made an unthinkable event of a loved one’s death survivable. They walked alongside me through the many elements of estate work from court filings, court appearances, estate set up, the creditor processes, sale of the home, estate distributions, and most recently, closure of the estate. At a time where a family is starting the grieving process, Alec and his team carried us through the legal closure process with tender care. The two most important things I learned through this experience is to organize your estate now so your family only has to worry about grieving and to call the Yanowitz team for help.
