Alec assisted us with setting up a trust. The process seemed overwhelming at first but he took his time to walk us through the process and answered any questions we had. Alec and the Yanowitz staff walked us through the estate planning process, answered our questions and provided all documentation flawlessly. As well, they provided a most helpful suggestion for asset allocation to maximize tax efficiency as well as an easy-to-follow checklist of items we needed to address to ensure our plan remained current. Importantly, everything was prepared on schedule. The firm specializes in will and estate work, and it shows in their product. My wife and I recommend the Yanowitz firm without hesitation.

My husband and I attended a presentation at 125 LIVE where Claire Langton-Yanowitz was speaking about end of life preparations. This has been on our TO DO list for years but her friendly and easily understood chat removed our hesitancy about actually doing it. I highly recommend this firm if you are interested in having your estate and/or trust paperwork completed. My husband and I first met Alec on a call that was supposed to be about my aunt that passed away and we knew she had planned to use this firm. She passed away before she finished any of the necessary work to complete her estate and therefore Alec was unable to help us with her however, we were so impressed with him that we decided to have him work on our plan. We had been talking about getting it done but had yet to start the plan. Alec was absolutely amazing, very understanding, explained concepts in ways we could digest, and was very easy to talk to. Our first interaction with this firm was with Britta and she is equally as awesome as Alec. Her communication was topnotch and she was even more amazing when we met her face to face to sign the paperwork. She was so easy to talk to and she clearly loves to help people achieve their goals with their planning. Again, please look into this firm if you are planning to get your estate and/or trust done, it is not an easy thing to do but speaking from experience it will help your family execute your wishes when you are not here to do it for yourself!

Yanowitz Law Firm was wonderful to work with in preparing or Will. Alec was so helpful and answered all our questions. We were able do much of the planning in two Zoom meetings. The drafts of our Will were sent to our home via the mail for revisions so my husband and I could take all the time needed to review. The staff made the signing document appointment so fast and easy.
