Jesse Horoshak, Brittany, and the receptionist were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The team there definitely did everything they could to make this stressful time stress free. Wes Scott is the attorney who is helping with me "get my life back!" Less than 2 weeks after I called for a consultation, My case was filed; one of the easiest things I had to do. The atmosphere was very welcoming and made you feel nothing but comfortable and at ease. I have been dealing with Lifeback law since I did my bankrupcy a few years ago. They were so non judgmental, approachable and really showed me the process and made it easy for me to go through. Made it very unintimadating through the whole way. i had a different attorney first who since moved then I was switched to Mr Wes Scott. Mr Scott tells it like it is, he makes it easy to understand and the response time is impeccable ! He is friendly, knowledgable and even has a sense a humor which is nice when dealing with financial stress. We were just days away from our house going to sheriff's sale, and I stopped in for a consultation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home and like we were their only clients. We met with an actual lawyer(Wes) right away, and he went over all of our options, and laid out what our plan would entail. Communication has been exceptionally good. Wes and Lindsay always answer emails and messages very promptly. If you are facing extreme financial difficulties, I highly recommend Kain and Scott. My only wish was that we had done this sooner.

First, great experience with Kain Scott! I was so lucky that I met Wes Scott who happened to be featured at our local Regus office space. We hit it off immediately and he put me at ease. I had done some homework and consulted with a non-profit credit pay down agency and I qualified for the Chapter 13 (whereupon I pay my creditors through bankruptcy). I saved more money going ahead with the bankruptcy (like, $20,000 + more!!!) due to expertise of Kain Scott and that is worth its weight in gold. Before you think that only certain types of people get into credit issues or collections, judge not! I was in finance and banking myself- all it takes getting behind or in trouble making your payments is a sudden illness, or a loss of a job or in my case, I had to care for an aging parent and didn't have the time for full time employment. My income dropped to nothing, and I was using credit cards to pay other credit cards. I finally realized that I had to stop the madness!. Enter Wes Scott and his team of experts in Bankruptcy. They start the claims process immediately. In my case not all of my creditors made the claim filing due date - and I saved roughly $20,000 in my overall repayment plan. Seriously that was a good solid two years in monthly payments. It wiped my total debt load in half. That was because Wes and his team of lawyers know what they are doing. All they do is Bankruptcy filings period. But their service doesn't stop there. Margaret Henehan represented me in my first court appearance, Lindsay Berthiaume, Sonja Quaintance, Samantha Googins all were immediately responsive to all my email questions throughout the process - from filing tax extensions, to budget and credit courses, to being advocates with my Chapter 13 Trustee. Sarah Koenig serves as liaison with various questions on my part. From filing to discharge the process was two years (due to the savings!). Now that I have my discharge, Stephanie Buerger is following up with me to make sure everything is wrapped up in a tidy bow. I wish I can make sure to include everyone in my review because the whole team at Kain Scott was in my corner - start to finish and I am very impressed with their level of professionalism, caring and efficiency. I have referred people to them and assured them they will be well cared for and get the job done - no use suffering over bad debt!
