You wanna talk about service let me tell you that Wes and the group of people we delt with were and are amazing! Ours started when my husband became unemployed for three years and then started a new job which had like so many other people had a decrease in hourly, weekly, and monthly wages to the point we couldn't make our house payment and my student loan payments. First was the chapter 13 for the appointed years and then we had to file a chapter 7 due to the fact my husband had some health issues and had two surgeries and his hours reduced to 6 hours and then gradually over 3 months up to 12 hours. All I can say through this ordeal Wesley has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He is so down to earth and right to the point. He will work with you to understand the laws and understanding of the bankruptcy in the way you can understand what it is and how it works. I would recommend this lawyer for your bankruptcy needs. The other thing I want to add is he kept in contact with us and made sure to answer our questions and concerns we may of had at this time. Thank you over and over again for everything. From the momemt I called Kain & Scott- I could tell this firm was different▪ the receptionist was kind and helpful and stayed on thebohone with me a really long time. I set up an appointment and came in to see Wes Scott. When I walked in thenfront door- it was so serene. Wes was so nice and laid out my choices in a thoughtful manner.
