The thought of filing for bankruptcy gave me a lot of anxiety and made me feel like I was admitting to failure. I was hesitant to take that next step for fear of being judged or made to feel ashamed. But, after working with LifeBack Law Firm, my only feeling is that I wish I would have done it sooner! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by their receptionist, Justice Bruyere, and she made me feel welcome (even took care of my parking). I met with McKaylin Grimsley who made a lot of the tedious, repetitive parts of the process fly by seamlessly! And I can’t say enough good things about my attorney, Amanda Rosback! She has been on top of everything and whenever I’ve had a question she’s been prompt and thorough in her responses. I have felt supported, not once judged, throughout the entire process. Even the ‘behind the scenes’ aspect of making sure all the proper documents were on file in time for my court date was taken care of smoothly (by Caroline Utz & Sheryl Meyer). Tim, Caroline and Julie all made the experience as painless as possible. All my questions were answered and there were no surprises. They were with me every step of the way. Everything went so smooth. Just walking in the office is comforting.
