Mr... Margolis has a plan with every client. That is to get them in and settle the claim as fast as possible. He wanted me to settle my claim after only 4 months , which I found out later is way to fast to settle any claim. If I would have settle then he would have made about $5000 for less the 50 hours of his time. I will not be recommending him to NO one....

Dean helped me when I felt I was going to have to continue to work in pain for the rest of my career. He supported me throughout the whole process. I felt confident in his expertise and he made me feel very comfortable through the deposition and the trial. We won our case and now I am on my way to recovery and hopefully no more pain when I work. Dean is a fighter. he never quits. even after the settlement when I needed him he was still there for me. I didn't have to wait 1 day he was always right on it. 5 stars i wish i could give more. recommend to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

Dean Margolis and his team are great! He got me more than I expected. My employer Randstad refuses to recognize my knee injury and refused to pay anything for me and completely ignored me but Dean got them to pay everything plus I got a fat check for myself! He is the absolute best and really helped me through everything when I was feeling hopeless. 100000000% reccommend Dean
