Baxter Zaiger was my public defender back in 2021. When I needed another one for a new case at the end of 2022, I called him. He remembered me. He's the type of laywer that cares to get to know you and your case. We met up so I could sign some paperwork, and he offered to help me put in a new headlight. With his help, both of my cases had the best results I could have hoped for. For my first charge, he helped me get probation that will lead to adjudication. With the second one, he helped me get a continuance for dismissal. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will definitely be giving him a call.

DAN (THE MAN) REPKA is the name. If you have any legal issues that the only name you need. Dans number was passed along to me. i contacted dan on my legal issues and went over details. Dan was confident with what i had told him and said matt you have a every strong case. so i hired him. From that point Dan went to work. Dan stayed in contact with me on the regular. my case took 20 months to finally hit the court room. the state offered a few plea deals but i felt confident with dan and my case and turned them down. dan not once questioned or disagree with my decisions. he said ill fight tooth and nail for you. i saw that in court. we picked the jury together. after that the gloves came off. Dan was amazing to watch in the court room. he had the witnesses and the prosecutor frustrated and tongue tied the whole time. dan brought the truth to light. it was like watching a movie. Dan was prepared and had all his ducks in the row. the jury went back and came back with a not guilty verdict. Dan never not once had any doubt and words could never thank him enough. if need any legal help he is your guy. he practices law in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
