These are the stories that begin in the realm of nightmare and are filled with an assortment of characters in an unlawful civil commitment process that shattered a life well-lived for the past 15 years UNTIL a brave knight (aka Daniel Repka) came forth to slay the proverbial dragon. When every other hired lawyer failed miserably (some from a hidden drug habit, some from an untold illness and private disciplinary action and not to forget the original appointed civil commitment lawyer who decided he did not need to defend nor speak with me as his client), it was Daniel Repka who stepped in to bring sense to a severely dysfunctional system that does nothing to respect or listen to a person in any way, shape or form. My experience with Dan was exceptional! My case was very serious and I was facing alot of time in a drug case.My case went long but Dan treated me like I was priority number one. Our experience with Dan has been 100% positive. Our son retained his services on a difficult case he was involved in.
