He explained the process, and told us the strengths/weakness of our case might be. He kept it real for us. His staff was very responsive and communicated when information was needed. He is knowledgeable and well versed in the subject. He was very patient and understanding with all of my questions.

Don't bother telling them anything, they'll just act like it's brand new information even after the 47th time. Which in turn makes the entire process take longer than it ever had to and you'll get lied to and it'll all be for nothing anyway. --K. Snyder

The day I met Tom, was the day I knew I would get all I needed from the Work Comp. company. For me, it was never about getting a big settlement. I only wanted what my doctor was recommending.
