Davis and Crump so far has made my case easy-to-follow. The legal assistants are all so friendly and patient. I've had no problems with them responding back and answering my questions.

I love my legal assistant Elisa Mitchell, she always returns my phone calls. We have been fighting with my case for over7 years, and she was patient and kind when I was falling apart! Even after my case is settled, I would still like to keep in touch with her, she seems more like a friend now than anything else. I love you, Elisa Mitchell, thank you for being there for me when I needed you. God bless you for going beyond your job duties!

I have had an ongoing case with Davis and Crump since 2011 and have been extremely happy with the service of this firm. I have been kept up on the status of my case regularly and even recently received a letter from Mr. Davis himself. Laura Parker is absolutely “the best”. She always returns my phone calls and has kept me informed through out the entire process. She knows me by name, which is amazing considering the amount of clients she deals with, she always takes the time out of her busy day to ask how I’m doing, and she genuinely cares. Laura Parker is awesome. She is so nice and explains everything to me till I understand everything. The company is great it is a long process but they are very thorough and always put the client first and what they can do for us. Like I said it’s a long process and I am sure due to their do diligence it will pay off in the long run

I have been using Davis and Crump for years now, and are currently a client. They have been diligently working6my cases to get me the best6 offer. However, there is one lady in particular that I prefer to work directly with. That is Laura Parker. Even before she was assigned my cases, she would6 ALWAYS answer or return my calls and questions. Laura goes out of her way to keep me updated and is very patient when having to explain things more than once. When my cases are settled, I would definitely use Davis and Crump again....withe the stipulation that I work solely with Laura from beginning to end. She is an asset to the company and they are fortunate to have her.

First I would like to state that Davis and Crump has a great group of office staff. This is my case, and in all fairness others may have different outcomes, plus you must consider that they are here to make money which I understand. I had two hernia mesh surgeries, and 1 repair surgery, with Tennessee giving you one year to file a lawsuit . Davis and Crump so paperwork was done May 2017, with repair surgery being done in August 2017. Was finally notified that court date had been set for May 7th, 2018. never talked to lawyer, so had no idea what was going on with lawsuit, all information was obtain from staff. April 2018 I get contract in mail of representation from another law firm, who state they are working with Davis & Crump. Return paperwork , then get a dated letter (May 3, 2018) from other firm saying case was dropped. Still nothing from Davis and Crump, when I enquirer, received a follow up letter from Davis and Crump stating that the case was closed, after I had contacted their office. Again this is my own personal experience, if I had not contacted them prior to surgery being done, I would really have been screwed for any potential litigation, since the year they took was really stretching it.
