I am beyond angry with Davis & Crimp. I've been waiting forever on my settlement money and everytime I call I get a run around. I received a letter dated April 17th if this year stating the settlement money was expected to be deposited in Davis & Crimps account within 10 days. I spoke with a Lauren Jordan and she informed me that the disbursement checks would be sent out June no later than July of 2017and here it is mid November and nothing. I've called Medicaid and Medicare both sent letters stating I owed NOTHING now conviently Lauren Jordan no longer works for the company. I spoke to a Sylvia back in mid June and she said 3 months and the checks would be sent out. Well do the math the money should have been disbursed in mid September. I called again on November 14th and naturally I got a voicemail left a message and no return call. I'm regretting contacting Davis & Crimp. Not a happy camper. Timothy Farrell

All of the attorneys at Davis & Crump care about making sure their clients are taken are of. Every experience I've had with any employee at this law firm was thoughtful, caring and considerate.

I had cancer in 2009. The doctor's tact my bladder with mesh it eroded out of my vagina also cut through the inside of my stomach leaving me to almost bleed to death. I had four surgeries total. Three revision. The law firm at first seemed great. After the second year I as there client have not been a priority. My case has been to court and they have came to a settlement agreement. They will not offer any information on how much the agreement was. I. Not satisfied with their services at all. They have given out information that they were not at all allowed to do. I am very dissatisfied with Davis and Crump and would not further recommend them . I'm in the process of having another attorney review my case.

Incredible law firm that takes on difficult cases with great results!

I have been waiting for almost eight years on the schetchers law suit. They never even looked at my file. I broke every bone in my right ankle and it's all metal now. Someday I can't even walk. I Ave Kaiser and my insurance paid everything. I called to see where my money was and they told me it was tied up in litigation...because of Medicare. I don't have Medicare...so where is my money. I think the firm is getting rich of the interest and we have to pay the price. Sometimes I wish I would have gotten another firm to represent me. Nobody ever calls us, we have to continually call them. And you say you care about your clients!?
