My case has been a several years but I know cases like these take a long time ...I won't say what my case is , but God has given me the gift of patience.. Everybody thinks it is the lawyers fault , but it's not they have so many cases.. patience is a virtue..things will work out in it's time...Thank you too all at Davis and Crump.

I have been a client for 6 yrs, finally got my holdback check and apparently there were 2 liens, one to medicare and one to cigna.. I am 37 so I dont even qualify for medicare and Cigna is my current insurance company and they are saying that they never put a lien on my settlement. I tried to contact Davis and Crump and was told whoops, it meant to say United Health Care not medicare but that Cigna says they are owed for lesions on my ovaries and an appendectomy. When I explained that having cysts on my ovaries and my appendix out had nothing to do with my bladder sling, I begin to get the run around and then was told to call Garretson Group about it, yet she had no idea how to contact them. Laura, a legal assistant that had been so nice to me for a year was suddenly short and cold then Davis and Crump mailed me a letter 48 hrs later that said they are closing my case and will no longer help me... Meanwhile I am missing over $6000 and I am pretty sure that they stole it..

Haven't heard from them since I signed paperwork . Unprofessional firm and would not recommend them to anyone , I'm hiring a lawyer here in Town to do something about this company if I don't get my funds

Keep calling ,and I get told call back in a month. So if anyone has founded anyone that can help, please help. I signed a settlement last yr. still nothing.

They do not communicate and when they do they make promises they do not keep. They have been hanging onto my settlement check for weeks now and each time the excuse gets more and more ridiculous. They have been grossly overpaid for my case and refuse to get me what little of my settlement that they claim I am owed. Office staff is often very rude and they suffer no repercussions for thier action s. Attorneys are NEVER available. In the 6 years I've been dealing with them I have spoken to an actual attorney about 4 times even though I have requested to speak to them dozens of times. As of today I have filed for assistance with the Mississippi Bar Association. This firm is taking 75 percent of my settlement funds and well as of right now they still have 100 percent if it. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING MISTREATED AND CHEATED.
