Excellent representation! Our case was complex and involved a minor, but Dale went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and fully understood the process. His primary focus was on my son’s health and healing. He even reduced his attorney’s fee to ensure my son received a substantial settlement. Since the case required a court appearance, Dale worked diligently to gain support from all parties involved. Thanks to his expertise, the court ruled in our favor, and everyone walked away satisfied. Highly recommend!

One call is NOT all!!! Waste of time!!! I was in an accident Nov 2024. I called them and thought they would handle everything. I found out Morris Bart isn't even licensed in Mississippi! He hires local attorneys in the state and they are usually young attorneys with little to no experience. My attorneys name was Marquis. He did absolutely NOTHING for my case for a month and a half except give me a number to set up physical therapy. He didn't even know what was going on with my case unless I called him to update him. I was dealing with everything myself! Insurance company was going to completely screw me over if I hadn't fired Marquis and hired another attorney. We couldn't even get Marquis to contact the Dr for over a week so I could get my MRI. I've lost my car and almost my home because of an accident that wasn't my fault. Please do not waste your time!! Youb will only get the limits of the insurance policy anyway and Morris Bart wants 40% of that with only minimal effort. Find someone who will take you serious and actually care about your situation.
