I made the mistake of calling Morris Bart’s office. They sent out an investigator to sign me up and the person that was in the car also with me were signed up. That was in January 2024 during the course of 10 months I made most of the phone calls to him For updates on the case. When we decided to settle Before I went to the office, I Ask for a Financial breakdown of everything. His response was you don’t trust me! I had never met. this , always spoke to him over the phone had no Personal contact with him as of yet, and when I was asked Did I not trust him? I had never met him, I felt it was my right to see before I drove an hour to his office what everything was in detail. He was a very pleasant over the phone and neither was I at that remark. I told him if I was by the big piece of furniture. I’d still would want to know what it was going to cost me and see the paperwork first. He says you’re not buying a piece of furniture.. I responded with I didn’t appreciate his attitude he regrouped. I asked him what was the problem of sending me the information he said I’d have to scanned 8 to 10 pages and send them to you. I’m like yes, knowing that he had a secretary that could do that. He finally agreed I got what I wanted to know we set up a meeting. I went down there. His attitude was better, but still the underlying arrogance. I got what I needed. He got what he needed me to sign and that was the end of that I would never use him again. I would never sign up to a lawyer. I had never met again. I would not use this company again.
