I would rate this a 0 if it would allow it - Some years ago, I was having some issues with visitation caused by my son’s abusive and manipulative mother. We were divorced 5 years prior, and she had primary physical custody. She decided that I should no longer be able to see my son and refused to allow me to exercise my legally awarded visitation rights. I was accused of abusing my son so that it would be on me to prove my innocence. During that process, I was denied visitation with my son for over a year as investigations were launched and court proceedings followed. The accusations were proven to be completely unfounded. Later my son would actually choose to live with me being granted primary physical custody. He is now an adult and is successful and happy. His mother has since been in and out of rehab for drug abuse and mental issues. I never used Mark Chinn to represent me, but I consulted him to see if he would help me when visitation was first denied. During our first phone consultation, I was apparently too upset about the whole situation, knowing that I was completely innocent and wanting action in the matter. I did not understand how, when I had done nothing wrong that I would have to go through the investigative process and be denied visitation with my son during that time. Mark Chinn decided, based on my frustration (I was desperate to get this resolved as I was very close with my son) that he understood why my son might not want to see me and he declined to take my case. Talk about kicking a man when he is down. I will never forget that conversation and how it made me feel as I was trying to navigate a painful and unjust period in my life. I can only hope that people considering his services don’t receive the same lack of empathy and lack of professionalism that was shown to me.

Mark Chinn was my divorce attorney a few years back and he helped me through the most difficult challenge of my life. Mr. Rollins and his staff are wonderful. My dad and I filed bankruptcy. The process was smooth and easy. Just make sure you get all your paperwork and documentations ready. Their staff are always on top if something is missing or needed. Definitely recommended for anyone who needs to file bankruptcy
