After finding his listing online, I called his office as soon as I was able to do so. Even though it was around midnight, he immediately called me back to talk with me about my situation. He was very compassionate, and quickly gave me a sense of peace about the whole situation. Not only did he respond in a professional and timely manner, he continued to be diligent in following up with me, inquiring about my physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as any potential legal matters that might have developed after my hospital stay. He was truly a blessing to me during such a difficult time in my life.

30 reviews from peers on Lawyers.com and no client reviews .. no client reviews on Google ? here is my restrained opinion: dishonest, immoral, and they do not have a client's interest in mind. would avoid. there are more honest and brighter attorneys in Jackson who aren't necessarily interested in making a buck. "kill all the lawyers" ? no - but this firm needs to find their moral compass

Unfortunately, I did not have the honor of being a client of this law firm, but by the reviews it seems like they do great work. However, I do have something to say about being a potential client. I know lawyers are busy and what not, but so are clients. I know one is not obligated to take a case and what not, but it would make a better experience for potential clients if there was better communication all around. I've emailed, called, texted to try and get some info about representation but alas all I received were two texts here and there. Communication was very sparse. I'm not sure what one has to do to be represented as it is pretty common in most firms to not hear back at all after several methods and attempts to communicate, this one being no exception. Hire people to delegate this type of responsibility, a no is better than nothing and crickets. It could potentially cost you a good client/case in the future, who knows. If you were able to get good communication, consider yourself lucky.
