Did not seem to take me serious at all .. and made me feel like I was a criminal. I do not recommend. Was told I was too excited after being through something traumatic you're gonna have emotions. The building that place is in had no name, there's not a name in front of the office. It looked like some random office space... In conclusion do not pay for a consultation go and see the place for yourself and meet in person if possible.

I called Mr. Franks office for a consultation. I was able to get an appointment to sit & speak with Mr. Franks quickly. He listened to everything I had to say with relevant questions. Mr. Franks was very down to earth & seemed to relate to my situation, at least he certainly understood, not only the circumstances & how to correct them, but how I was feeling about the overwhelming gravity of it all. I had a Window Tint Ticket in Hinds County and was able to successfully get it dismissed thanks to Mr. Franks. He provided me with the necessary information and legal guidance to fight the ticket myself. If it wasn’t for his help I would have been steamrolled in court.
I highly recommend Mr. Franks for any legal troubles.

By far the best DUI defense attorney in the state. I was looking at a minimum of 1 year in jail and Joey was able to get me 0 jail time. Very responsive, get me in the loop with everything and even got one of my DUI's from 7 years ago non adjudicated. Great person and a great lawyer. 10/10 would recommend for any type of criminal defense.
