I sent a message through FB messenger checking status of my case, but didn't like it taking a couple days to reply. However, I do periodically get a phone call from an assistant checking in to see how everything is going on my part. Overall happy with this company.

I apply by myself and was denied.... Contacted Muse and they took it and guided me with my case and I was approved the first time with their knowledge. Outstanding staff, always kept me informed of what was going on!
