Had a problem with a title company on the sale of my property. They wanted an affidavit of heirship from the original owner & it became a nightmare. I tried everything & was at the end of my rope. Phillip Hearn is a fraud and a liar. Do not take any paperwork to him and leave it so he can look over it to see if he wants to take your case because you won’t ever get it back. He lies and says he can’t find it. I sent him a message still have it telling him to mail my paperwork he says will do never did and says now I never left it. So I pray he can live with himself and I pray that God will deal with Phillip Hearn!! He is a joke of a human. I don’t even give him a star but they said I had to he is worthless

Called for a issue that I was having regarding an police impound lot holding my car for 3 days and wouldn’t release it. Attorney Hearn went above and beyond and informed the impound lot owner of the law and had my car released within five minutes.
