I used Kelly Kyle for the formation of my revocable trust and the revocable trust for my Mom. We did both trusts in 2015. Little did I know how invaluable the trust for my Mom would be when she moved to a nursing facility in late 2018. Went there to receive some information on setting up a Living Will and Trust. Instead was met with silence as the attorney kept waiting for me and my family to do all the talking. Too many awkward moments of silence. Attorneys did not appear as knowledgeable as claimed.

I first contacted Mr. Kelly requesting the “free handout” information he provides. This package is straight forward and presented for a layman to understand. I then contacted several local firms, but none came close to a complete package like he provides including 3 year follow ups. My wife & I then attended Mr. Kelly’s seminar and followed through with a Living Trust. The provided Instructions, checklist & filed legal documents are very beneficial aid’s in funding the Trust, when questions did come up Mr. Kelly is very responsive with immediate assistance. The Living Trust, with 3 year checkups, provides the direction for future planning and this has given us the “Peace of Mind” that was promised. Thank you! Mr. Kelly.

Mr. Kyle, helped me during difficult time understand a will that did not represent equality for a gay couple. I knew in my dealings with Mrs G she did not have my best interest. I asked her to explain what was in the will to my spouse, all she said was my name repeatedly in a smart ___ tone. Which told us nothing. After further review of the will it was obvious she added things we as a couple did not ask for. We were very pleased with Mr Kyle, updating the will to represent us as a couple in love an married. I don't know what I would have done without his compassion and understanding. I would recommend his services to everyone.

Very professional. He assisted my wife and me with our wills and Power Of Attorneys. This specific office specializes in trust formation, etc. We used his office for the legal matters of my parents as well.
