Regardless of the rest of the negative reviews. I’m rating them 5 stars. They’ve helped me with my issue more than enough. I’m highly satisfied and if I ever need them again I will be working with them once more. Thank you Ray Garrett and Rebecca Garner.

I have seen and read many of the reviews for this law firm. Many of you are very generous with your star rating. This company deserves negative stars if we could. The professionalism and collection practices of the firm should be investigated. This firm uses fear, harassment, and intimidation in their collection practices. It’s so sad. However, I believe that God will handle people like this. He will work out all that we as consumers go through for our own benefit. I suggest if you are afraid when this firm comes calling, call your local legal aid or justice department and report them and file unfair collection practices.

Super shady when I spoke to one of their lawyers over the phone. I asked for an account number several times and she kept talking around it until finally she said she would ‘email’ it over.

This "law" office accepted a collection from a medical provider that only gave me one notice of debt before my insurance was settled and automatically added $200.54 to the balance with explanation of fees and then state in their letter that I could dispute a portion with 30 days and if not the charge is valid, which seems underhanded since the letter was dated 03/02 and I just received on 03/20 I live in MS obviously the letter was not mailed on 3/2 but luckily I actively check my mail and was able to dispute a portion ( of course its not valid because per the original notice I never owed the $200.54) they are trying to get free money from someone who just had a major surgery how awful. I'm currently waiting for them to update the "debt" so I can be done with these people of lack regard for others. People who know and practice law should do better. Also I am going to look into if I signed anything that told me that interest was permitted to be added to my debt to the anesthesia place

THIS LAW OFFICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE DESPICABLE, MONEY HUNGRY, PPL THAT RUN DOWN SICK PPL ABOUT MEDICAL BILLS. THEY THEN ADD ON EXTREME ADDITIONAL FEES TO MAKE UP FOR THE POOR BUSINESS THAT THEY RUN!!!

Very shabby set of lawyers. Sent a debt collection letter to my uncle (who is 85 years old and very ill) to the nursing home where him and his wife are residents. She has Alzheimer's. They get $40 a month from their SS check and these people are embarrassing them. Does that seem right???
