Very rude and greedy when it comes to medical collections. They will slap additional fees onto medical bills and are not nice about it.

Great lawyers that are willing to help you in your time of need

He charged my dad, who I am the POA, over $5,000 to establish a conservatorship over my mom, who has Alzheimer's. Absolutely NOTHING changed after his legal representation, other than money decreasing from my dad's bank account; which is money to pay for their care. I authorized Mr. Garrett to receive my father's irrevocable trust bc Mr. Garrett specifically asked my father questions about his "final wishes" and I observed this conversation; NOT knowing that the entire time this happened; Mr. Garrett was providing legal criminal defense representation for a well known "addict", who had burglarized my parent's house! I spoke to Mr. Garrett on 2 occasions, and asked, how was he looking out for my father's best interest, but providing criminal defense for someone who burglarized his home; this is a conflict of interest...but Mr. Garrett denied, and quickly offered, "I can withdraw legally representing your father, if you or your father have a problem with whom I represent, as I don't see it's a conflict of interest." Oh!!! How quick and shady to suggest to withdraw, AFTER $6,000 is in his pocket, and work still pending. I would never recommend this attorney, as he is unethical or he thinks ethics don't apply to him. He charges for every second, email, down to stamps. The "addict/burglorer", passed away, before it even could get a court date for the burglary charges; so he lost both clients, both cases, and any opportunity to make more money. I believe God when He says you reap what you sow and this situation is a perfect example! GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

This law firm is ruthless. They prey on the innocent. When one of my employee's had a medical bill for a procedure on Feb. 9, 2018 for $495 and had not paid it yet, he received a letter from this law firm claiming he now owed $659.84!! When he tried to pay the medical office the $495, they transferred him to the lawyer's office who took his debit card and charged him this outrageous amount of $659.84 less than 4 months after his procedure!! He only authorized $495. This is a SHAMEFUL way to make money.

Shameless scumbags is a very accurate description. No more need be said.
