I met Keith in 2019 after two very traumatic events happened and I didn’t know what to do or how I was going to handle everything I needed to do to ensure myself and my 3 month old daughter were taken care of. My soulmate, my spouse, and the Father of my precious baby girl had just been killed in a tragic car accident at No fault of his but by the other driver. I drove an hour and thirty minutes to meet with him and at our initial meeting he was very detailed, confident, reassuring, empathetic and made sure he had everything he needed in order to start the long process and it was a very complicated case in which not many Judges or clients have had. At this first meeting I felt completely comfortable, confident, and knew in my heart that he was genuinely helping me and my daughter and even now, 5 years later, he is the only Lawyer who I consider a friend and someone I can go to if I ever need anything else and he was by my side the entire time throughout the MANY court proceedings which were held in different counties sometimes and he never quit fighting and went above and beyond!!!!! He is honest and dependable and quick to answer his cell phone and texts!!!! My particular case was a probate matter and even the Judge and his staff were impressed with him and his organization at every hearing. He is #1 and you won’t be disappointed ever!!!!!

The first thing I can say about Mr. Obert is that he handled my case as if I were family!!! He had my best interest in mind in everything he has done for me. Made everything clear to me as I had no idea whatsoever about dealing with an estate! He made it simple and for that I would recommend him and his firm to any of my friends or family. Keith has been representing me on a civil matter since 2018. He listens to you and makes decisions best for you. He works for you and not trying to just fill his pockets with money like other attorneys I know. He is best described as a “bulldog” in court. He doesn’t take anything from the opposing side. He does what’s in your best interest and will fight until there are no other options in your case. He talks to you after hours, something a lot of attorneys will not do. He doesn’t just work 8 or 9-5 hours. He works tirelessly for you. Keith and I have become close over the last several years and I’m proud to call him my friend. He has morals, character, and does what is right. I may not always want to do what he recommends, but in the end…it is sound advice. Don’t tell him I said that. The Obert firm represented me in a time consuming matter involving complex business issues. The level of commitment to me and my case was both stunning and gratifying. I hired Keith Obert to terminate a lease agreement that I felt was in default. He and his staff represented my interest in this matter in a way that was above and beyond my expectations for an attorney. Not only did he execute a Mutual Settlement but also suggested, and was granted, a General Rrelease Agreement in order to ensure the matter was closed permanently. He had to work across several states and spend an enormous amount of time dealing with the defendant. As I stated....above and beyond. I know Mr. Obert to be a solid individual who understands the law but also personalized this matter with me to ensure a wrong was righted. Very impressive.

We had reached out to Mr. (which I use loosely) Obert, regarding a case that we needed an attorney, he requested information, which we provided and then he needed to talk with us. We tried to call him on more than one occasion, with no reply until; I called several times in one day. Then he called me and scolded me as if I were a child and said someone would call me back. Needless to say that has been several months ago and still no call. He may be good on the cases he takes, but really makes you feel like your not worth much if your case is not worth much...

He did a great job helping us with our 2 year old daughter when the insurance company would not communicate with us regarding an accident.
