I would highly recommend Keith Obert. He was my attorney several years ago for a divorce case. He helped me through the details and technicalities that were involved and included items in the decree that were a benefit for my children as they got older. I was looking for an attorney to take on my case & I was having a hard time finding one. I was about to give up & my friend gave me an attorney phone number in Memphis, TN. I talked to this attorney & he told me he wasn't licensed in my area. He referred me to Keith Obert Law Firm in Madison, Ms. I said, " here we go again"! Mr. Obert represented my in a plaintiff in legal malpractice suit. He managed the case through 3 changes in venue, (2 counties and federal), through numerous summary judgement hearing and into MS State Appeals Court where the case is over the course of 4 years.

Mr. Obert represented me in a rather complicated contract case. He was a zealous afovacate and a tireless worker. His research skills and work product were exceptional. He was able to accomplish this while having to keep my emotions in check as the litigation was very contentious and filled with hostile actions. Mr. Obert was able to pick up the pieces of poor representation by a previous attorney and to skillfully overcome some very negative results that had already arose from a lack skill by the former attorney.
