It took a long time, but I got a very small settlement from a slip and fall. The ppl at the office were nice. The insurance company I dealt with was horrible (the adjuster), so it really wasn't worth it to have an attorney. I guess she wanted to make sure I didn't get much after going thru hell with that situation.
