1/15/17 Jason Ryawls a Smith cty Sheriff was 109++ speeding no blue lights on once hitting my 14 yr son Cross Duvall an another child on a motorcycle applying brakes to skid 480 ft and wreck killing Cross an the other being air lifted out hiring Derrick making it clear Justice and Cross's personal things returned from my dad's house assuring me that was no problem 1st court date was very good after that Megan handled case and she is rude disrespectful and every week telling me getting things back an kept lieing, calling me fraudulent fake lies of filing paperwork NEVER FILED, LIE AFTER LIE.. then went behind closed door with Tullos & Tullkos an sold us out and charging 42% an once got check never completed all of case an now 4/22 sends me a closing case he closed on 10/19 when he cashed check an degraded my sons death by proving you are worth more alive then dead like Cross and he reputation of heavy hitter is need to be Megan's rude law firm now because he is living in past an has added to my pain suffering as if losing my son wasnt bad enough but sold us out with not even $25000. 00 for a deceased child that's not right a weak attorney an doesn't honor his work and is not about action and the to write a letter closing case an cross thing are not hone yet and tell me o am like family give a review an don't hesitate to call a pleasure not 1 rating, if family don't need enemies like them,an never been mislead, fooled, an taking advantage of by a attorney so bad as I have by him an Megan.
