If you want someone to represent you that truly cares? Then Steven Pittman is the man for you! He did an amazing job for me and my family and came through with an excellent defense when we needed it!! He went above and beyond!!

Myself and 2 of my children were rear-ended at 6am on a Thursday morning. Completely smashed in the back end of my suv which landed us in the ER. After speaking with a respected leader of the community, I was referred to Chatham/Gilder/Howell/Pittman aka www.thelawyersthatlisten.com J. Howell took over my case and handled everything from my insurance, the other partys insurance, as well as the health insurance inquiries. He frequently updated me on any movement forward and was always willing to answer any additional questions. The staff were always very pleasant throughout the process as well. Upon the release of the final settlement, I was extremely pleased with the amount and getting in and out in 15 min. The entire experience with J. Howell/staff was quick, easy and stress-free. I can honestly say, he was a lawyer that listened and got the job done!!

Steven Pittman helped my mother get reimbursed for damages when she was in a car accident. Very professional, but, more importantly, they made her feel like family.

They are very very good they help me get back a lot of money. They are very reasonable and there very good at what they do. The insurance company tried to offer me a lil amount of money but they turn it down and I got more money back than I excepted. They also call and check on me after I settled my case with them. So if you ever need a lawyer go with Gilder & Howell

I fell while on a commercial property. I had to have a titanium prosthetic put in my elbow. It took 4 months of grueling, time consuming painful physical therapy just so I could get the use of my arm back. It would take me a year to recover enough to function without pain. I'm now partially disabled and my life is forever changed. Mr. Howell cared about me and my family. I never once got the feeling it was about the money. He was there every step of the way and got me a great settlement. I would rather have my arm back and I'm sad just writing this review. If you're in a situation like this I highly recommend Mr. Howell.

Nick did a great job in and out of court. He took time to explain what was going on and that made me feel more comfortable in that very stressful time of my life. The office staff was also very nice and easy to speak with about questions I had along the way.
