Do NOT use Erin Mayfield Craig for your family law needs. If you value your kid’s best interests and your money, find another attorney. Especially if the other parent is good at lying. She will believe the lies from the other parent and not believe anything you say when it comes to your kids, regardless of the evidence you have. The attorney never contacted any of my witnesses, never asked for evidence to use against my ex, withheld information from me, literally told me I can’t claim medical neglect of my kids when I had the evidence available to sup it, accused me of owing 12,000 dollars in arrears when I had the documents from the Family Support Division showing my automatic payments and it wouldn’t even had been possible to owe 12,000 in arrears at the time had I not made a single payment, billed me over 15,000 to prevent my ex-wife from moving out of state with my kids, but “forgave” over 8,000 after I filed a complaint about her to the Missouri Bar. Do not use Erin Mayfield Craig.

Waste of money and time.

This was a recommended Law Firm to reach out to and although I did not retain their services - it was because of their inorganization and lack of communication leading up to. I had a return phone call that garnered an email address (because heaven forbid you can find one on their website in 2023), was asked to send over documents to review conflict of interest, which I did. No response for 2 weeks, so I finally emailed again to get a "not monitored" email response. Then finally over a week later, a call that said they'd like to schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss further. I scheduled that meeting by phone with some other attorney than the first one I reached out to (I guess he transferred it - no idea because that wasn't communicated to me) - to get to the day of the phone call to be told that I hadn't paid my fee yet. At no point in any conversation was a fee asked for, mentioned, or even communicated how to go about paying, nor could I get answers to what the ongoing fee would be if I paid the said "consult fee" or if the case would be even taken on - simply a "I just schedule the appointments" response. I would highly recommend no one waste their time with this firm. Had I known I'd waste a month chasing them down to get nowhere I would have already looked elsewhere, which is now what I'll be doing.
