Jim and his assistant were extremely helpful in my case. I'd recommend this attorney to anyone that needs assistance in their case. He didn't sugarcoat anything. he was brutally honest on how he predicted how the case would go and that speaks volume. He and his colleagues helped me out so much and I'm glad that I had them represent me.

To get to the point: Lindsey Waits and Jim Witteman are 2 of the finest lawyers that ever existed. Not only do they strive for greatest, ... they are greatest and yes; you should be represented by them. After experiencing these two, I realize that they know their stuff and preform at the top percentile in their league. They were extremely attentive to the needs of my custody and criminal cases and to be quite frank with you, I didn't have to raise my voice or a finger. They did all the work. I felt "covered," to say the least. I can't write this review without acknowledging their office staff. I felt supported and never judged. They answered all of my calls and gave great, quality responses to the questions I had along the way. I'll leave you with this... I wasn't just represented by lawyers. I was represented by humanitarians, ... who finds joy in protecting the rights of others.
