My experience was a great one. Kelvin took what felt like a complex estate planning for personal and business to me, and made it uncomplicated and easy to understand. Knowing that our estate planning is taken care of, gave me peace of mind. Priceless.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I made numerous phone calls and left messages and did not get my calls returned. I even sent an email, which was not responded to. I paid all the money upfront and wasted 4 and a half months waiting to hear something. I finally got through to get an appointment to sign some papers and they called me last minute to cancel and say they accidentally double booked my appointment. I'm surprised they actually refunded my money. I have more to say but I'm not wasting anymore of my time.

I used Mr Birk for my bankruptcy, and he and Miss Romona were excellent to work with. All communication was responded to promptly. Even 2 months later, Me Birk still returns calls and messages in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend his services.

Website says "all your legal needs in one place." After speaking to the receptionist, this is most definetly not true. However, she was polite. Hence the two stars.

Mr. Birk was very attentive to the details of our case and made the experience personal. Both he and Romona were very helpful and readily available when we had questions about the documentation we needed to provide, etc. They were very accommodating to our personal schedules and followed up with us after the case was complete to ensure we were happy with the services.
