Mr. Birk was friendly and open to taking our case. However, he was very slow to communicate and took so long writing up a letter to send to the person we were taking legal action against. It took so long, we had a change of heart and ended up not suing in the end. So $2500 went to Mr. Birck and we never got anywhere with our case. I don’t believe he even finished composing the letter that was supposed to be sent. Better than losing $5000 (he charges $2500 up front and $2500 later on).
