I called to see if I had a case in my social security claim because I have never been in this situation before and I asked for advice. After I was finished giving my initial statement the lawyer was very rude and blunt. I mean he didn’t even consider it he was just very rude. They don’t treat customers with the respect they need until they feel like it benefits them. It’s just about a money point of view to them and customer service and satisfaction is not a priority at all.
