I worked with both Paige Clark and Jamie Emahiser during a divorce and would highly recommend both of them! They are both extremely professional and very responsive! They take quick action to get the ball rolling and work closely with you to ensure you fully understand what is going on during the entire process. They 100% do everything they can to protect you while still making magic happen. Would absolutely recommend!

After meeting with Patrick, my life has been 100% better, he was amazing in keeping me informed of my case, and what my options were. He was honest no sugar coating. My husband and I hired Patrick about halfway through our custody case after not being very impressed with our first attorney and he did a fantastic job! Jamie Mcgavic became my lawyer when i was 19 years old when my 8 week old twins boys and I got kicked out of their fathers house. It was a very rough time for me, I was so young, a new mom and was completely terrified. I was referred to her by one of my mother's friends. Choosing her to represent me was by far the best decision I could have ever made. She was not only my lawyer but was kind of my counselor as well, I had a horrible case, the father was clearly not wanting anything to do with my sons and it was obvious to not only her but our GAL. But he tried to fight for 50/50. He was extremely verbally abusive and always made me feel like i was going to lose my children because i was young and had to move back home with my parents. While he had his own home but continued to party and not have the time of day to ask about his children for weeks at a time. Him and his girlfriend would post horrible things about me on social media and it was so hard for me dealing with that and everything I was going through so young. But having Jamie on my side and always just a phone call away made everything about my case easier, she made me feel comfortable and started to make me feel confident. Everything she promised me she wouldn't let happen, that promise was made. I ended up getting what I wanted in the end and what was best for my sons because of Jamie's hard work and dedication on my case and her kind heart to help me out mentally as well. I could not have gone through almost a two year case with any other lawyer as smooth as I did with her, I needed her to help me get through everything. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me and for everything she continues to do for me almost two years out of my case we still keep in touch and she still answers the phone or calls me back when i need her. I referred two of my friends to her and they both came out happy in the end of their cases. One female and one male I highly recommend her to anyone both men and women who need help making sure their kids get what is best for them. Shes dose an amazing job at what she does, i sleep better at night knowing my sons are safe with me.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for Jamie! She has gone above and beyond what I thought and expected from a lawyer. If you are looking for a lawyer that really cares about you and wants to make sure you and your kids are okay, then she is the one. She didn’t give me 100%, she gave me 150%. I felt so protected with her wisdom. My divorce was unfortunately a high conflict divorce and she without a question went into battle for me with all her might. To tell you how good she is, she was actually referred to me by another lawyer, from another firm – I might add! And out of the 10 plus lawyers I called, she is the only one that 1) took the time to see what judge was assigned for my case and 2) she was the only lawyer that looked at my case through the eyes of the judge assigned to my case. I read an article that the same case was given to 10 different judges from the same state and they all came with very extreme verdicts so knowing how your case is going to be seen by the judge in-charged of your case is crucial and having an attorney who gets that is priceless!!! I highly recommend Jamie to represent you, she was a blessing in my life and I feel so grateful for her! I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer and hopefully friend in the future! ;0)
