Patrick was a wonderful lawyer. He always was very clear in our direction and what I should be doing. He was my lawyer for my daughters custody case. Even when it transferred to Iowa he kept in contact. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer. I reached out to him twice before I paid his retainer fee and he didn't charge me.

When I had to find legal help in MO I was daunted with the task of finding someone capable to represent some one in NJ with a legal issue in MO. Being that I live in NJ the only way to find such help was online. I searched the internet for reputable child support representation in STL. My case was very complicated being that I lived in another state and the other party in this case was not very cooperative or truthful. Once Amanda got a full understanding as to what was going on in this case, she was a very strong legal representation on my behalf. She exposed ALL of the untruthful claims from the other party and step by step, cleared up my legal issue with the MO child support system. That's another thing, she had to stay on top of FSD to make sure everything was filed correctly and submitted correctly, because FSD had a lot of mistakes that also helped in making my case very complicated. The MO child support system will not take the word of the father, you will need legal representation if you want to be heard in the MO system if you're the father. I am very glad that I had Amanda Hogenmiller from Pedano, O'Shea, McGavic & Hogenmiller, LLC represent me in my case. With their help, my legal issues have been cleared up.
