Ben represented me against a grandparent visitation dispute several years ago. I came to Ben a victim of mental and emotional abuse by the petitioner and could have been easily taken advantage of by any other law firm looking at me as another check in the bank for the firm. Not Ben at all! He was my redeemer. I know he sincerely cared about my and my daughter's best interests and he was ready to fight. He always returned my phone calls and emails (usually the same day), answered all my questions and concerns with knowledge and compassion and was absolutely brutal in litigation. Ben does this for all his clients but made me feel like his sole focus was on my case and the best interest and protection of my daughter. He is a fair, honest and ethical atty who represented me for results not just a billing code. Ben, thank you for your diligent work on the behalf of me and my daughter. Your services were priceless. That was a horrific period in time, but we are both in excellent places in life now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Mrs. Grosser was definitely a breath of fresh air in my recent criminal case. I retained Ben’s legal services for my divorce after spending over $40,000 on legal fees on a previous attorney. I felt so taken advantage of by the law firm that charged me excessive amounts of money and got little to nothing accomplished in over a year and a half trying to get divorced. Most attorneys charge for every little thing they can charge for. Emails, phone calls, text messages, etc. Most attorneys spend more time typing up bills for every little minut detail that they can charge for rather than spending time to work on the case. I have found that Ben is very unorthodox when it comes to billing. He works hard and gets what he wants and charges very little for his superior services. Ben is amazing!! He cleared up my issues in 3 court dates. Mr.Aranda went above and beyond to work with me when I was in a very bad position. Payment options were very reasonable and get this he even sent me a refund for the amount of my deposit he didn't use. My case was complicated and very unusual. Actually, I was afraid I would not be able to find anyone to take my case. I met with Ben and he accepted my case with confidence which was quite comforting. He took immediate action to have an unjustified withholding temporarily stopped. The final judgement was exactly what I had hoped for and I even had money returned to me by the state.
