I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist who tried to avoid responsibility for my personal injuries caused in the car crash. Attorney Sims kept fighting for a great settlement against my own insurance company who was, at first, refusing to pay more than pennies. She got my med pay and a bodily injury settlement and even forced the responsible person to start reimbursing me for my uncovered, totaled car.
