I called in response to a letter I received in the mail about a free consultation for a small debt issue. Hayley, at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through how this process would work. I then had some follow up questions that she referred me to Kris Boevingloh to discuss. Kris was also very knowledgeable and completely honest and upfront about how I could navigate these waters without harming my name/credit long-term. Kris helped me overcome a student loan hurdle that nobody else would touch. I had a judgement from MOHELA from years ago and he helped me resolve it for less even when we didn't really have any leverage. He and his staff were very thorough and professional, and I was able to move on with my life extremely satisfied. I highly recommend him for any student loan issues and he is a straight-shooter as well which is very much appreciated.
