I never leave reviews, but Jarrad Holst left me out to dry. Called and talked to him, told me to send over paperwork to start my case. Spent time and money sending documents...tried to follow up and check he received them...wouldn't respond to emails. Classy practice

When selecting an attorney to represent me in my divorce, it was critical for me to find one who would be conscious of the cost associated with this process, listen, understand and make the most of the facts I was presenting. I knew my case was not typical and a cookie cutter approach was not going to benefit me in the long run. I interviewed 3 attorneys during my selection process. My divorce is now final and looking back, Cynthia Albin not only met my needs but far exceeded them. Like most of you reading this recommendation, this process was a road untraveled for me. From my first meeting with Cynthia, I was impressed with her professionalism but, at the same time made me feel extremely comfortable. Over 18 months, she guided me through the process step by step, providing me with options to make the most of my funds. There were many evenings and weekends where she made herself available to me by phone or e-mail while being very prudent in her billing. Unfortunately, due to the uncooperativeness and the games the opposition was playing, my divorce went to full trial. Cynthia used every fact I had presented and built a solid case. While being the upmost professional, she was fierce when needed. I truly felt she was representing me and always kept my interests in mind during the process. Cynthia and her paralegal, Ann, also provided guidance as I transitioned into single life. There is much to do post-divorce and so many of those small things can be overlooked. I cannot thank Cynthia Albin and her paralegal, Ann Grimm enough for their responsiveness, compassion, knowledge and dedication. I would highly recommend Cynthia Albin.

She never clearly explained the divorce process. She rushed me in meetings and tried to gloss things over with laughter and goofy faces. She billed me for every email, even when she failed to do things and I had to keep emailing to ask her for things I had already asked for or discussed with her. I felt she was not that competent, or maybe she was just to busy raising her kids? I don't know, but she didn't care about my kids at all. I just didn't feel she was on my side and should have dropped her but was afraid that might look bad to the judge. Divorce is a racket for lawyers . . . they want you to fight with your spouse so they can just bill you, bill you, bill you. Took over a week to get back to me at times and eventually would only respond on e-mail; never fully answering my questions. Paid her over 70K for hardly any effort on her part. I would not recommend her at all.
