I’m a former U. S. I spoke to Nicki yesterday, she was very helpful and I found out my brother was suppose to have been added to my father tracy Carter camp lejine case that was his first born. My brother tracy Allen was born with birth defect and almost died at 2 days old he had emergency surgery. I was under the impression every thing was set. Nicki said she will check into it,. They could not find my brother on there she would check into for me. I’m so appreciative. Thank you Nicki.
